Our Sharpening Service

To make your knife as sharp as it can possibly get, we perform four steps in our comprehensive sharpening service. First we check the blade for straightness as many blades can become warped over repeated use. Second we regrind the secondary edge for an improved cutting geometry. Third we polish the secondary edge for much a smoother cutting surface to reduce friction. Fourth we re-establish the primary (cutting) edge and hand hone on super fine Japanese water stones.

Typical turnaround time is one week. We look forward to helping you experience the satisfaction of your razor sharp knife!

• $35 for 1 knife, including USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Shipping
• $25 for each additional knife
